Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship everywhere within Canada, US, and UK. Upon checkout you can see your options on shipping for other countries if it's available from the shipping providers.
Why is shipping so expensive?
The shipping costs are not created by us. Shopify presents the costs based on what the service providers submit for the products weight and size.
Do you hand make all your products?
Yes! we do purchase items to use in the products, but we integrate them into handmade products.
Products like cards are designed and printed in house.
Who's the artist?
We work with many different artists to help us with some designs. For example, digital artists submit ideas for cards, we then take those ideas and adjust them for our vision of the products. All items are created and completed by us.
Are you on any Social Media sites?
We are! Check us out on Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram @creecraftcanada
We are so busy we may not update them every day, but stay tuned as we do launch new items on Social Media.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We are artists not wholesalers. Some items take us days or weeks to make, and we only ever make one (with the exception of cards).
We do however offer 15% off card orders over 100.
Any questions about large quantities of products please reach out via our contact form.
Why are there so many 'Coming Soon' products?
Cree Craft participates in local markets constantly. We will create products solely for launching at the markets. We do have to have them in inventory so we must put them on our site so we can offer them for sale.
Once all the markets are complete (usually in January) we will them upload pictures of the products.
If you are interested in seeing any of the 'Coming Soon' let us know.
Is it jewelry or jewellery?!
"Jewelry" is the preferred spelling in American English, while "jewellery" is used in British English and other regions like Australia, the UK, and parts of Canada. Both spellings are acceptable.
Is it bad to wear First Nations/Indigenous items?
Appreciation of Indigenous art involves genuine interest, respect, consent, and acknowledgment, such as buying directly from Indigenous artists or collaborating with them.
Appropriation, however, involves the theft or misuse of Indigenous art and cultural elements for personal gain without permission, proper credit, or understanding of their cultural significance, often devaluing the original work and economic opportunities for Indigenous communities
